MEET THE FOUNDER

Jade Lucas LLB (Hons) BFP ACA

From an early age, I understood that the journey of life is anything but a straight road. Embracing the unpredictability, I have cultivated resilience, adaptability, and a curiosity to explore factors that contribute to our individual and collective experiences. This perspective has been instrumental in shaping my outlook and approach as a founder, fostering an appreciation for the dynamic and evolving nature of both personal and professional endeavours.

 

My interest in business was sparked over 10 years ago after electing to study business modules during my final year as a Law student at the University of Warwick. This stark departure from the structured world of Law to the innovative and creative landscape of business was not just a change in subject matter but a transformation in mindset. It nurtured my already strong affinity with divergent thinking and my dynamic approach to problem-solving. It connected me to my passion of strategic planning, and the realisation that success in business often involves embracing ambiguity and using creativity to find innovative solutions...
